Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing is the process of using heat and pressure to transfer an inkjet print from specialist paper on to a polyester fabric, the heat turns the ink into a gas which when put under pressure is embedded into the fibres of the material, as the garment cools the ink sets into the fabric, producing a soft feel finish which washes well.

Sublimation prints are suited to a whole range of polyester garments, cushion covers, aprons, bags, wallets and much more. Printing can also be used to print on to specialist polymer coated mugs, cups and drinks bottles.

There is no limit to the artwork that can be printed, any image, photograph or text. Sublimation printing is ideal for producing promotional goods to advertise your company, charity or event, you can add your branding to a whole range of specially designed products.
